Editor’s Note: Bobbin Noggin was a game that challenged players to join a red cap to the hollow steel head of a character named Noggin. The two components of the game were magnetized and connected with an elastic string. Players held the hat and bounced Noggin in an effort to connect the two pieces. The game debuted on the Shenanigans children’s game show and was later published by Milton Bradley.
