The Henry Ford offers a virtual learning series while the museum is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. Its virtual offerings are designed to promote curiosity and play.
When Toy Tales spoke to The Henry Ford’s Cynthia Jones in February 2020, she highlighted the work the museum does to explore American culture and innovation. Its Innovation Learning Series takes this mission online with daily activities that encourage STEM-based learning.
Now is also a great time to peruse The Henry Ford’s online collections and resources. Visitors to the museum’s website can explore the history of design (including LEGO!), learn about the impact of America’s Industrial Revolution, and dive into the social transformation that has taken place over the decades.
