Fans of the award-winning stories and characters of the Cartoon Network can now “eat, sleep, cartoon!” in the animation network’s first U.S.-based hotel that opened to the public last Summer.
Located in the heart of Lancaster County in East Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the nine-acre, full-service resort houses 165 rooms and suites, each featuring “interchangeable show theming”. Travel packages allow rooms to be customized with branding and merchandise from popular Cartoon Network shows like Adventure Time, Ben 10, and Powerpuff Girls.
In addition to cartooned rooming options, guests enjoy a variety of activities and amenities, such as character-themed pools, a kids’ play area, an Omnicade equipped with virtual reality pods, and an outdoor amphitheater complete with an over-sized movie screen, lawn games, and fire pits. Visitors can hobnob with popular Cartoon Network characters like Finn and Jake or Gumball and Darwin at meet-and-greet events.
The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, including several snack bars and the Cartoon Kitchen, a full-service restaurant.
