Supervator Super Action Flyby from MEGO (1974)

In 1974, MEGO released a series of playsets for their 8-inch action figures. The Supervator Super Action Flyby was one of the more peculiar offerings for everyone’s favorite wall-crawler. Kids attached the flyby to a door or other flat surface and belted their Spider-Man figure into the seat that was suspended from clear fishing line that was attached to a plastic handle. Raising and lowering the handle caused Spider-Man to slide back and forth across the line. A number of accessories were included with the Super Action Flyby, including a Super Back Pack, Nasty Secret Plans, and Super Foe Cards.
