Robot Commando from Ideal

Released in 1961 by the Ideal Toy Company, Robot Commando was a 19-inch tall robot constructed of red, blue, yellow, black and white plastic. The robot could perform a variety of operations, including moving forward, left, right, and in reverse, firing rockets and throwing missiles with his arms. A remote control wired to the back of the toy served as the control center and included a faux microphone that could be used to “relay commands” to the toy.
