Model Trains Station in Taylors, South Carolina, offers visitors an immersive experience into the world of model railroading.
Located in a restored textile mill, the family friendly, volunteer-run not-for-profit attraction provides access to more than 10 custom model train displays in a variety of different scales, including G, O, S, HO, N, Z, and T. Several of the displays offer varying levels of interactivity, allowing children and adults to control the movement of trains, change tracks, and activate displays, train crossings, and whistles within each miniature world.
Model Trains Station also includes an event/party room that can host birthday parties, and an “Engine House” that doubles as an office and in-house repair shop.
