“Try to catch me; I’m Maniac Mouse!”
Released in 1993 by Milton Bradley, Maniac Mouse was a dexterity game for children ages 4 and up.
The object of the game was to snare a large yellow mechanical mouse by grabbing his tail with a provided mouse catcher “paw.” Operating on two C-batteries, the motorized mouse made capturing it challenging by erratically zigging and zagging across the floor. The first player to capture the mouse and lift it off the floor collects a piece of cheese. The first player to collect four pieces of cheese is declared the winner.
