Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena, California offers interactive exhibits designed to spark creativity, encourage exploration, and nurture a lifelong love of learning in children and youth.
Established in 1979, the museum grew from an exhibit at the California Institute of Technology. Now located in the Arroyo Seco region of Los Angeles County, the 3.5-acre campus offers kid-driven experiences that include exhibits, play stations, and outdoor learning environments.
With the belief that play helps children thrive, the museum designed 40 hands-on exhibits, water features, and play spaces that invite curiosity and discovery. Highlights of the museum include Ramps and Rollers (a STEM-based interactive station), Muddy Boot Farm (an outdoor experience that encourages children to explore the roles of farmers and cooks), and Winding Willow Lake (a sandy lake where children ‘sail’ and ‘fish’).
Kidspace has dedicated programming for families, teachers, and community groups. The museum also hosts private parties, groups, and gatherings.
