South Korea-based manufacturer, Blitzway, is releasing a new set of action figures based on the Inspector Gadget universe. The company’s Megahero line will include the media franchise’s four main protagonists: Gadget, Penny, Brain, and Chief Quimby.
Blitzway’s all-plastic Inspector Gadget figure stands 6.7-inches tall and is capable of multiple facial expressions thanks to two additional face plates. Gadget’s special crime-solving abilities are re-created with a series of interchangeable parts, including multiple hats, sets of eyes, hands, and mechanical arms. Additional accessories include the cyborg police inspector’s famous Gadget ‘Brella, Gadget ‘Copter, roller skates, and springs — along with his badge, flashlight, and magnifying glass.
The Inspector Gadget action figure and the rest of Blitzway’s Megahero line are scheduled for release in December 2020, just in time for the holiday season. Gadget is priced at $89.99 USD and will be available from a variety of online resellers.
