In 1965, Gilbert Toys introduced four new Erector sets, offering between 150 and 450 pieces and a slew of new build ideas.
- Erector Set 1 (10351) included over 150 all-steel girders, nuts, bolts, and plate to build a wide variety of models, including a spaceship, revolving crane, and robot.
- Erector Set 2 (10352) offered over 200 pieces plus a DC2 battery motor.
- Erector Set 3 (10353) increased the parts to more than 300 plus a Power-Matic motor with “3 power take-off shafts.”
- Erector Set 4 (10354) packaged more than 450 pieces and included Set 3’s Power-Matic Motor, Power-Matic Dual Hoist and Remote Control battery Case with Reversing Switch.
