Disney’s Haunted Mansion is receiving a museum-quality replica of one of its most recognizable props.
Among the attraction’s best-known design elements are the bat-shaped stanchions that line the queue. First introduced when The Haunted Mansion opened at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in 1971, the decorative barriers guided guests toward the Doom Buggy loading area while helping establish the attraction’s distinctive Gothic atmosphere. Over the decades, they have become one of the ride’s most recognizable visual features.
Produced in association with The Walt Disney Company, Paragon FX Group’s Bat Stanchion is based on original archival reference material and is the second release in the company’s Gracey Collection, a series of replicas inspired by The Haunted Mansion.
Constructed from solid resin, the replica features a hand-painted faux-metal finish designed to match the appearance of the original attreation prop. It measures approximately 18 inches tall with a 21-inch wingspan and weighs more than 9.5 pounds. Production is limited to just 300 pieces.
The Bat Stanchion is expected to ship during the fourth quarter of 2026. Pricing has not yet been announced, although collectors can join a waitlist through the Paragon FX Group website for future updates.
