Atari Video Computer System

The Atari Video Computer System was released in September, 1977. It was renamed the Atari 2600 after the release of the more advanced Atari 5200 in 1982. The original system came with two joystick controllers, a set of paddle controllers and a single ROM game cartridge. The model I received as a child included the game Combat.
