Editor’s Note: Released by Kenner in 1986, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man figure was created in support of the animated series, The Real Ghostbusters. The character was introduced in the 1984 Ghostbusters film and has grown to become a symbol of the franchise. The figure was part of an extensive collection of toys from Kenner that included the Fire House playset and ECTO-1 vehicle, along with figures of protagonists Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, and supporting characters.
