Editor’s Note — The Real Ghostbusters animated series ran from 1986 to 1991. The spin-off 1984 feature film shared the same characters and humour as its predecessor. It also incorporated the unconventional gear used by the spirit-catching team, including the essential ghost trap. In 1989, Kenner Products released a collection of toys based on the animated series that included action figures, the fire station headquarters, Ecto-1, and the ghost trap, which I restore in this edition.
