Editor’s Note — Tomax and Xamot are members of COBRA’s Crimson Guard organization, antagonists in the G.I. Joe universe. Released by Hasbro in 1985, the Tomax and Xamot 3-3/4-inch action figures incorporated a design innovation, the neck ball, that allowed the head to move up and down in addition to left and right.
