Known as the national magazine for the toy trade, Playthings was an award-winning publication dedicated to the doll, toy, and game industries. It played a vital role in the American toy industry during its publication run from 1902 to 2010. The magazine evolved from print to online and is now part of the Gifts & Decorative Accessories family of publications. A copy of each print issue is housed at The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York.
