Hasbro’s newest line of Play-Doh is marketed exclusively to kidults.
Play-Doh Grown Up Scents is a six-pack of 4-oz cans of the classic modeling compound, each a different colour and aroma designed to “evoke everyday things that bring adults joy.” Part of the fun are the tongue-in-cheek names assigned to each scent.
Mom Jeans smells like clean denim, Overpriced Latte smells like coffee, Grill King gives the aroma of grilled meat, Dad Sneakers have that new-rubber smell, Spa Day is floral, and Lord of the Lawn is like fresh-cut grass. Despite the newfangled names and fragrances, the set retains all the squishy playability of the original.
Grown Up Scents is set to ship in December from Amazon and Walmart. The set of six is priced at $11.99 USD.
