MINT (Moment of Imagination and Nostalgia with Toys) Museum of Toys in Singapore showcases founder Chang Yang Fa’s a vast personal collection of vintage toys and collectibles.
The collection is organized into four distinct sections: outerspace, characters, childhood favourites, and collectibles. Over 40 countries are represented in the collection, with items dating from the 1840s to 1970s. The small space that houses MINT belies its true magnitude. Yang Fa has collected over 50,000 items, of which 8,000 are on display.
The Museum is a popular attraction for locals and tourists. Educational programming for students is designed to capture attention and provide a glimpse into cultures around the globe.
