Hasbro Interactive Board Books from Insight Editions

Publisher, Insight Editions, has partnered with Hasbro to develop a series of “interactive board books” that re-imagine some of the toy company’s classic games. Aimed at preschoolers, each book is a kid-friendly mix of images and concepts that encourage multi-sensory reading experiences.

Twister: Right Hand combines the game’s signature red, blue, green, and yellow dots with prompts that invite children to complete various tasks with their fingers, hands, and elbows.

Candy Land: Colors introduces kids to the many terrains in the game, including the Candy Castle and the Peppermint Forest, while asking them to identify different colours and reveal mystery images behind a variety of pop-up flaps.

Chutes and Ladders: Counting Up and Down brings number sequencing into the educational fold. Using a series of pull tabs, kids learn to count up when climbing up ladders and to count down when descending a chute.

All three titles are available for pre-order on the Insight Editions eStore. Twister: Right Hand and Candy Land Colors check in at $9.99 USD and will be released later this month. Chutes and Ladders: Counting Up and Down is priced at $10.99 USD and is slated for release in the Spring of 2022.
