Mattel’s new Wonder Woman action figure is a tribute to Lynda Carter and the classic Wonder Woman television series, which aired on CBS from 1975 to 1979.
The 6.5-inch scale action figure offers 23 points of articulation. Its display base includes a full-colour background plate that features the actress. Her accessories include the super heroine’s gold Lasso of Truth and a patriotic red cloth cape with blue and white stars and stripes inspired by seasons 2 and 3 of the series. An extra set of interchangeable hands (used to create battle poses) and a removable flight stand round out the packaging.
The DC Multiverse Lynda Carter Wonder Woman Signature Collection Action Figure is scheduled for release on November 28th. It checks in at $27.99 USD and is available for pre-order from a variety of online retailers.
