Chess Life is a monthly print magazine published by the United States Chess Federation (US Chess) to promote the game of chess.
Launched in 1946 as a bi-weekly newspaper, Chess Life encourages interest in chess through articles highlighting players, events, and matters relating to the US Chess organization’s governance of the game. Notable contributors to Chess Life over the years include Bobby Fischer, Irina Krush, Andy Soltis, Gary Kasparov, and others.
