Carmen Sandiego Handheld Electronic Game from Basic Fun

The computer game series-cum-TV game show, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, is now a retro-styled, hand-held electronic game from Basic Fun!

The company has achieved a faithful adaption of the mid-1980s classic and has taken cues from one of its earlier products, a handheld version of The Oregon Trail.

Running on three AA-batteries, the Carmen Sandiego Handheld Electronic Game captures all the appeal of the original, including authentic sounds, graphics, and gameplay. The game case measures 3.5 (w) x 6 (h) x 2 (d) inches and resembles an early Apple computer.

For $24.99 USD, you can start your career at the ACME Detective Agency and track down villains from V.I.L.E. The handheld can be found online at Amazon, Target, and Walmart.
