Published eight times yearly, Back Issue! is a print magazine for comic book aficionados of all ages. Produced by North Carolina-based TwoMorrows Publishing, the magazine “celebrates comic books of the 1970s, 1980s, and today” through a variety of articles and artwork.
Individual issues are often themed or focused on popular comic book characters. Past issues have highlighted Conan the Barbarian, the Teen Titans, Guardians of the Galaxy, and general topics, including superhero romances or toy-inspired comics. Every issue features opinions and insight from well-known artists, writers, and editors.
More than 125 issues of Back Issue! have been produced since the first one dropped in November 2003.
