American Classic Arcade Museum – Laconia, New Hampshire

American Classic Arcade Museum (ACAM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Golden Age of coin-operated video games through exhibits, lectures, and good old-fashioned hands-on fun.

Located under the same roof as Funspot Family Fun Center, ACAM offers a family-friendly environment in which to explore and play vintage and contemporary coin-operated video games. There’s something for all members of the family at ACAM. Rare games such as Star Trek: Strategic Operations Simulator from Sega, Death Race from Exidy, Computer Space from Nutting Associates will delight video-game aficionados while Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Tron underscore ACAM’s efforts to preserve the classics that helped make arcade gaming a ubiquitous part of childhood for those of a certain generation.

Those who spent time at their local arcade growing up will appreciate the sites and sounds of the ACAM and the memories that come flooding back. For people unfamiliar with the arcade experience, new discoveries and adventure await!
